Antalya City Council Youth and Sports Group President Recep Şengün, who recently visited Kemer Mayor Necati Topaloğlu, talked about the Antalya Cycling Festival. During the visit, Şengün was accompanied by Ceyhun Altın, the President of the Antalya Cycling Festival Association, and Osman Çakır, the Antalya Province EU Harmonization and Steering Committee. Şengün stated in his speeches that they are planning to organize a bicycle tour in Kemer during Youth Week and said that they aim to popularize cycling.

Kemer Mayor Necati Topaloğlu emphasized that the Cycling Tour will be held with the support of Kemer Municipality. The event, which will be prepared with the support of Kemer municipality, will start and finish by pedaling in Kemer.

Making a statement on the subject, Chairman Topaloğlu expressed that he was very pleased with the visit and said that they would support the organization. Mentioning that as Kemer Municipality, they always attach importance to cycling, he said, “As the municipality, we have created bicycle routes throughout Kemer before. We give booklets describing our routes to our guests who come to our district. They get the opportunity to see all the beauties of Kemer by pressing the pedal. As the municipality, we give full support to the bicycle tour that will be held in our district between 15 May and 21 May during the Youth Week. We will continue to stand by sports and athletes.” he said.
